Which has the better bite right now?

According to Dave Stewart's report the cold we've had has hurt the ledge bite, so one point for Barkley.

The ledge bite on Ky picked back up today but still not on fire....Barkley about the same...but shallow water bite was good today (was on Ky) with the overcast. I would expect the same on Barkley.

I decided to fish ledges on KY, and man was it slow...one here, one there. I ran to a spot I wanted to fish just south of the 68/80 bridge, only to find another boat already there. So I sit down to idle the river ledge, just looking for something close. I thought my graph had malfunctioned...the screen was solid from top to bottom. Picked up a 10 in. worm, made a cast, and for the next two hours it was unbelievable...almost every cast. Nothing huge, but a lot of 3-4 lb fish. This lake can spoil a fella'
