How do you think the rain will effect fishing

looking to get out on the water this week to take advantage of the lower temperatures they are predicting. plan to stay far away from the creeks and rivers as the water level is WAY to high, so that leaves me with the small lakes around Lexington.

For me fishing in the creeks and rivers when the waters up and moving is when I like to fish. As long as it's not rolling with debris floating everywhere I'll go. I like fishing when it rains.
