This video basically states, that the Kid ran, the cop got out, and then the kid started coming at the Cop. There is NOTHING discussed about the Kid having his hands up or not, I don't know that, but the very fact that he was NOT on his knees discounts the lying sum bitch friend that was with him who is an "eye witness".

This whole thing seems ridiculously cut and dry to me.

There are thousands of interactions every day between police officers and civilians. The overwhelming majority don't end in somebody getting shot. When they do, it's because somebody was a dumbass and caused the herd to get thinned.

I'm sure all of these citizens looking for JUSTICE would be out there marching to convict Mr. Brown if he had succeeded in getting the officers gun and shooting him dead.

I cringe when I hear these idiots talk. Back to the point.....of course anyone from this area will blame the cops. It's how the majority of them are brought up. Popo, 5-O and the po-lease that's who they can't stand so it's always their fault. The sad part is many of these people will have babies and teach their kids how to hate the cops and blame white people for their place in life.

Im sick of this stuff from the majority of blacks. Nothing is their fault and because generations ago slaves existed they use that as a crutch to fail and become dependent on tax payers. Are all blacks like this? No. Are there some whites, Asians, Mexicans and other races like this? Yep. The problem I have is that we are told to not judge the blacks for they are victims of slavery....yeah ok I'll just judge them based on what they do and how they act like I do anyone else. That to me is fair. They don't get bonus points from me because of something that happened hundreds of years ago.

With that being said I still stand by my opinion that when you get in these communities with "thugs" running the streets and communities you are dealing with animals. No respect for the law, no respect for themselves or others and this is what you get.

Like the man in the video said "he dade....day kilt em" I'm glad Obama phones have cameras on them....

It it also could have been a punk ass thug that messed with a bull and got a dose of horns. My money is on the latter.

And before anybody says that the video from the liquor store or photos like this are just people attacking his character...that's exactly what is wrong with America. Too many people think character doesn't matter anymore. It doesn't prove innocence or guilt, but it sure can go along way in painting a picture of what probably happened.

My personal feeling is that he is no more or no less racist than most people. He may hide it or not act on it but I have 100% confidence that he has formed an opinion on who he is dealing with when in certain areas of town.

Yeah it's always an innocent kid walking down the street to or from a convenient store!!! I noticed something else that's a little bit different but reminds me of how blacks hate on whites and get a pass. The knockout game that we see on YouTube and the news is 99.9% of the time a black kid/man or group of blacks attacking white females or totally innocent folks walking down the street or in stores. Just saying...karma can be a real bitch.

He was a punk ass gangbanging street hood piece os s h i t. He roughed up a 4 foot Indian dude at the convenience store to get his blunts so he could put his weed in them and smoke'em in public. Then the 4 foot Indian dude called the Cops and the punk ass thug was searched down and questioned to which time the punk ass thug took off running but was to fat and out of shape to get away and the Cop was gaining on him. Then the punk ass thug turned around and decided to fight and swung at the Police officer and lunged at him to which time the punk ass thug got his wig split permantly.

Oh and one more thing and the most important of all. I have learned through the news that Ferguson Missouri is 70% black and is basically the Missouri version of Compton California. It also is known as a drug infested crime ridden city and most good folks avoid it like the plague..Gee I'm shocked.........NOT.

Now if you are a Police officer there you more than likely have a family, kids and wife that you want to get home to that night at all costs and you know EXACTLY what you are dealing with which is mainly a bunch of pants on the ground hood rat scumbags. My bet he was in fear for his life and did exactly what I would have done or anybody else with a functioning brain.

Like Brian said treat Police with respect and 99.9% of the time you get it back..if not you get the 180 and that ain't going to be good. Why can't inner city black people understand this basic concept?

The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.
