Agreed.

I see what the officer perceived as a threat. I also see the mistake he made but he has to think in a split second and he messed up. If he is found guilty and I believe he will be he should not be tossed in jail....jmo.

He won't be tossed in jail, only serious offenses like cheating in bass tournaments will get you jail time!
