IMO: They need to stock a few thousand of these trout in the fingerling to 5/6in range simply to provide a highly nutritious source of bass forage, formally unseen in lake like this, such as what many California lakes boast. I'm sure some of the toads in Cedar can wolf a ten incher no problem, but a few years of stocking prey-sized trout could make this amazing bass lake into a world class fishery in a very short amount of time.
