Fried Apple Pie

I had a hankering for some fried apple pie. First photo is Mrs.Tyme attacking me with the rolling pin. Second photo is in the frying pan and the last one is on the plate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

It was a shared effort in fixing them. I was the "fry cook." It's nice to have a sous chef like Mrs.Tyme that does all the clean up.

As coordinator, I'd hire riverrat12 to do the actual cooking. Chuck is the true chef, I just putz around in the kitchen from time to time. Or is that, Tyme to Tyme?
