i really don't see this as a problem in my circle of friends and family. My girlfriend makes major money and works with men who answer to her. My sister is a teacher who makes the most a teacher can make with her education and time on the job, my oldest daughter gets paid more than minimum wage and has incentives to make more and she does.
We pay our office manager very well and she is happy with her pay...I can tell you this not many men would do that job!! It's hard and you have to juggle a ton of stuff each and every day....now that I think of it that position should pay more!!!! Hahahaha regardless if it's a man or woman doing the job.
We live in a time that anyone who feels discriminated against can go after their boss and make it hell for the company. I just think the majority of companys know this and don't discriminate as much as the liberals are claiming. It's election time everything is blown out of proportion to gain votes.
