Kentucky river access at frankfort

Good luck and I didn't mean to discourage you. It's just that from everyone I talk to, the river's slumping past couple years. If you're bass fishing, my personal opinion is the pool between Lock 4 and Monterey is much better than the Frankfort pool. That's the pool you can launch from the Steele Branch road ramp off of US 127 North from.
