Amazing how even after the midterm beat down these Liberals had they still try and shine the obamacare turd. They had the beat down in the House years ago and now the Senate and they still act as if nothing is wrong.
I don't care what these interviewers say because they are not part of the american public that has to deal with this. They regurgitate what the Libs say hoping to brainwash folks to their faulty way of seeing this health insurance fraud.....I didn't say healthcare because this has little to do with that. The dang law has been delayed, postponed and tweaked with still more to come because its suks. Ed didn't say a thing about our health insurance cost increasing by 99% or that the deductibles are going to be so freaking high that not only will we pay double to have health insurance we will pay another 5-10k out of pocket before we get a break on things like MRI's, xrays and procedures. They failed to mention that even if more folks are given (I say given not pay) health insurance it doesnt help the bottom line of cost. Lets say obamacare gives 10 million people health insurance..remember GIVE them this at little to no cost compared to me and others on here who pay or will pay $300-$1000 a month how has that helped me? You? At some point the healthcare (not health insurance) world will need more money because they are forced to give healthcare for a reduced return on their money. What happens if they can't continue to work within Federal regulation guidelines? Think they will ask for a bailout? That ever happened before? We can't live without some sort of healthcare can we? Hmmmm airlines, banks mortgage lendors what do they have in common? Oh yea they used the same logic as that and the feds had their backs...can you see a perfect form of tax revenue with health insurance now?? The problem is they will tax middle class not poor people...you and I. The ones who were not going to be taxed anymore because obama was for the middle class!! Health Insurance from this day forward will be a form of tax revenue because of obamacare.
This was a tax revenue scheme veiled as a helpful plan for everyone. Remember the statement we could keep our insurance if we wanted and that's not entirely true is it? If this obamacare stays (i think it will) then we have crossed the line to a system of relying on the feds for our standard of living. I don't like the idea of them needing money so they raise taxes or they need money for some project and they tax the healthcare (taxpayers) for that. Don't think it will happen? Take your local gubment as an example. Here in Lexington the taxpayer funded local bus service "Lextran" couldn't operate with the money they were getting so they raised taxes to fill in the gaping holes of public worker incompetence. Guess who pays more for taxes for the public buses now? Guess? Why the obvious users of the bus that's who...you know homeowners who work and have cars! We ride the bus everyday so they taxed us!Why didn't they just tax everyone? Why tax folks more who never ride the bus? Because it's easier to isolate and tax "rich" people compared to people who poor people.
It's discrimination in my mind.
Another thing....I am sick and tired, SICK AN TIRED...of this "people of color" phrase. They mean Black people so just say it. Good Lord when will people stop with that junk?!?!?!?!?!?! White is a color, brown is a color, yellow is a color so why not stop with the coded reference to blacks? We have so many terms and programs for this race of people...African Americans, Blacks, people of color and many more that I won't say here. Maybe the "white guilt" phrase is real? You betcha!
Ed is an idiot, plain and simple. He is upset that he isn't worshiped as a voice to be reckoned with and cannot stand an intelligent good looking woman challenging his self imposed importance...he is a rude idiot.
We all agree that health insurance needed some basic fixes like shopping limits lifted and being able to shop for a plan that fits the individual across state lines and not be boxed in by state borders or stopping frivolous lawsuits against doctors. Charging 100 times more for medical supplies than necessary was another problem and something tells me this was being allowed since the gubment was getting their fair share of the money.
I would like to throat punch that fool
Crystal Ball? Are you kidding me?
