I cant afford to do as much bird feeding as I used to, that stuff is getting costlier by the year. I learned to stop and smell the roses, I wont be able to smell the ones if there are any on my coffin.
We have a major problem with Geese at our fishing club. They get on the docks and boats and lay turds like dogs everywhere. It's disgusting and not good for people or their equipment. We were told that if they are hatched at the lake they will always return here or some may not leave. I don't know squat about geese except they lay dog turds and it gets everywhere!
i was at the golf driving range today and a big flock(swarm) of small birds kept flying and landing about 200 yards out. They seemed to fly in perfect synchronization with every move, not sure what they were but there was a ****-ton of them.
i love the sound of nature....I miss the sounds of the swamps/marshes back home in Florida.
