I read the article, and the boys father has already hired an attorney, and was demanding to know why two cops would not use tazzers (sp) or shoot in the leg not center mass.....Lets see, kid has gun in waste band of shorts, gun is a bb gun, with the orange removed from the barrel, cops have weapons drawn, tell you to put your hands up, you know the slogan "hands up don't shoot", and what does this kid do, he reaches for the gun, now he is dead.....now two cops lives are going to be over for doing their job, a family is destroyed, and for what, because you don't know how to **** listen to a cop, because all the videos you watch, and the music you listen too makes you want to live a "thug life"....when I was 12 years old, and a cop told me to climb on my roof and jump, I would of done exactly that....what kind of 12 year old reaches for a toy gun, when two cops are drawn down on you telling you to put your hands up? I just don't get it anymore....I really don't, and I have a 6 year old granddaughter that has to be raised around this crap.....I don't know if he was just a stupid kid, but even so, wouldn't you of just raised your hands? These cops did not know that gun was fake, and now they have to live with this the rest of their lives, but of course most black folks think that a white cop wakes up in the morning hoping to go kill a black man.....prayers for all involved....just a bad bad situation this country is in!!!
