    Darren Wilson is innocent

This decision appears to be another excuse for looting and rioting. Chicago, New York and other cities had problems as well. Am I sorry for what the officer did? Nope, he did what he had to. Why didn't Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and other Black "leaders" show up or ask not to do this rioting and looting? Well in my opinion it was because he doesn't like to put racial fires out he likes to fan racial fires. How many folks were arrested last night? 1? 2? To me the rioting is getting the police to scared to do their job. There should have been hundreds arrested!

I would give notice that if you do not live in Ferguson you need to leave and in 24 hours I would have the police and national guard start checking I D and arrest anyone not from Ferguson. It is the governments job to protect the people and businesses.

If Al Sharpton showed up put him in jail and send me the key.

Freedom of assembly, sometimes used interchangeably with the freedom of association, is the individual right or ability to come together and collectively express, promote, pursue, and defend their ideas.[1] The right to freedom of association is recognized as a human right, political right and civil liberty.

Did you feel the same way when supporters came to the aid of the cattleman out west?

I'm not defending these out of town thugs that invaded Ferguson, but when their rights are taken away, our rights can also be taken away. It's a very slippery slope.

Build a fence.........a BIG ASS fence around all of Ferguson. Airdrop a few hundred thousand weapons in and let Darwin sort it out.

I'm really, REALLY so tired of this worn out excuse.

    Later,

Now, Eric, if you run into Bill Ayres down there......Don't get caught because as president, it would look bad for me if my buddies were causing some of this...........

Yes, you have the right to assemble but you aren't supposed to have the right to break the law with impunity and if anybody believes there will be anything other than token sentences for these thugs then you must own other bridges also.

I agree with the right to assemble and the right to protest however what we are seeing in Ferguson is a violent illegal act these people are not there to protest they are their to steal and destroy property and we should not tolerate this as it may lead to us losing this privilege.

For the most part the cattlemen supporters were not violent and I believe they were there to show there support for the cattlemen. I don't think these rioters could care less about Brown. I have to believe Martin Luther King is turning over in his grave. I also believe Sharpton is a race bater and he should be in jail until he pays his back taxes

I agree totally. Bill O'Reilley just made a suggestion that the activated but not deployed to Ferguson National Guard could have had troops stationed in front of the commercial area in Ferguson and the Governor should have made a statement to the effect that " All demonstrators/protestors shall gather and have their right to assemble at location X". The other "demonstrators" in the commercial area would then be directed by the Guard to move along to the approved area X. If you don't move, we'll arrest you."

I personally would have added, " If you don't move we'll arrest you and if loot we'll shoot you!!"
