I figured I'd start a new thread as the other one got off topic a bit.
It appears that the police in Ferguson, Missouri are looking into the intent of Michal Brown's Step Father when he stood up on the car in the middle of the huge crowd of protesters when the Prosecutor relayed that the Grand Jury did not intend to indict Officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of Michael Brown. All hell broke lose after the Step Father yelled. "Burn it down.. Burn the B.. Down" at the top of his lungs in front of the rowdy crowd of protesters. Soon after this the crowds started a riot and started burning the buildings and police cars.
I think it's perfectly proper to charge him with inciting a riot for what he said an did that night. He was out of control and this helped to prompt the crowd to get out of control and that's against the law.
