This is a really cool place to visit. And if you are a scuba diving check it out next summer when the water's warm. The visibility is pretty good most of the time since it's a ROCK QUARRY and doesn't get too muddy. There are some really nice cliffs that we use to dive off off and do trick dives too. They are pretty high. At least 20 ft above the surface of the water or maybe even more. They look a lot taller than that in some of these pictures from above. I did a 1 1/2 somersault off one of those cliffs one time on a dare. This one guy was afraid to even jump off the cliff so I dared him to jump off it if I would do a 1 1/2 somersault off the cliff. I did it so he had to jump. We have lots of fun back in those days. I can hardly believe that it's been over 40 years now since we first dove in that old rock quarry.
