I think that is the down side of social media. We get to see things that we sometimes do not want to see. Although, it seems like a necessity for some, for me, I am okay without any and I am perfectly fine.

Judging by the name I assume you are a female. If so we need more on here, we have a few, welcome to the site.

I don't really do Facebook. My account is fixed so no one can see anything about me. I added on friend just to see what it was like. But this is my throwaway Facebook Account under a fictitious name. I started this account before I did one that was real. But neither accounts are visible to anyone else. Even my lone friend on my fictitious account is blocked now. I got tired of all his posts or what ever they are called showing up on my facebook thing. Don't really know what it's called.I wish someone would start a website called "BUTTBOOK".
Edited right after I hit the send button:
Dobe MeJuwa: This post of mine is not directed to your or your post. It was just the last post that I read in this thread and I replied to it by accident. I should have put this under the thread post thing. Sorry didn't want you to think this was directed at you as it was not meant to be.
That way the good people could stay on FACEBOOK, and the folks that act like rear ends could be assigned to "BUTTBOOK".
Anyway back on topic. Some of the people that I look at on facebook are very different and there is a great mix of personalities. Some are open to a fault and tell everyone the last time the farted or what they had for breakfast. Others are closed up like me. They won't show their friends lists, any photo's or anything on their time line. About all they show is their back ground picture. I guess to be on facebook you have to have one of them? Maybe not. Anyway. Some people I see on facebook are very polite. Others' argue and fight constantly. Most of the people I check on are professional and very polite. They never say anything negative to their friends on facebook where the pubic can read or see it. That to me is good but not very realistic. Other's are gang banger and possibly younger and are much different than the professional people that I see on Facebook. Then there are the Politicians who are running for re-election. Now those take the cake. They take about stealing campaign signs and other bs like that. I find those annoying and try to avoid reading them. Other's talk about their fishing trips and I do enjoy reading those comments and seeing pictures of the bass they catch. Some are friends of mine in real life and know me well. I've fished with a few of them at times. But I'm still not going to send anyone a facebook friend request. I'm just not into doing that.
Oh Well. Carry one with the conversation. I enjoy reading the stuff in here most of the times when it's not too political. WinK WinK![]()
I never even "see-d it". :-) No problem, I enjoy reading your posts. Appreciate the thought, no harm and no foul here.
I think Facebook has a place, it's not Facebook that's bad.
Kinda like guns or alcohol. In and of themselves, they are fine, it's the users that make the mistakes :-0
