Mrs.Tyme and I finally prepared this dish. We overcooked them in the oven and they were too dry. First internal temperature after 20 minutes in the 350* oven read at 140* and I'm not about to eat undercooked chicken.
Chuck, I substituted plain old creme cheese as the Smoked Gouda was too darn expensive.
