Puter Virus. Sounds like something they should make a topical cream for!!

I don't wade the river, just fish the stilling basin and the eddy for whatever. I usually get there when it's too cold for wading. Looks like you could wade it pretty well if outflow low. Maybe 800 cfs or less. Sister and her husband kayak from tail water to 101 bridge and catch everything.
