Get bigger sized tired and make sure they will fit inside the wheel wells. You want to get the axle up off the ground not just the car. Lifting the top of the car won't help with ground clearance will it? The axle will still bottom out unless you get it higher off the ground. And remember that Jeeps are already top heavy and unstable so if you do get it higher up it will be even more unstable and will tip over or roll over even faster.
What you really want is a Range Rover.
