Obama Is talking down the 40,000 temporary jobs as though they do not count but he was all over these type shovel ready jobs before he was against them.

Give me ONE GOOD reason not to build this pipeline. If we build it it can also move the shale oil from Nebraska and get it off the rail roads.

Hmmm... Not exactly sure if you believe the oil coming through a pipeline across the us will be cheaper than oil coming from another source or how you could believe that... Oil is a set price going to refineries I believe as the price is posted daily... More oil through this pipeline, less oil from some other source, I suspect refineries have an amount of crude they need for their demand daily and whether or not it comes through a pipeline or transported by ship it is the same price and volume or do you believe oil through the pipeline wont be subject to the daily price of crude on the world market... I suspect there are a good many from the right here who aren't living in right wing lala land and can apply common sense to the issue, this pipeline will do nothing for this country in as far as the amount of oil available to the us, the only benefit it will give the us is in the jobs it creates and that weighed against the liabilities of the thing is the only consideration need be shone to it... Canada's oil will be on the world market in the same quantities and price regardless of how it gets to that market..
