I guess I take for granted that I was brought up, since about 10 years old, that every gun is loaded...no matter what...you clear it...you clear it again...your index finger doesn't enter the trigger guard unless you are ready to pull the trigger...and you don't point the **** thing at anything you don't want to shoot/kill. Drives me up the **** wall when you are in a store and some ******* looking at a shotgun is swinging it around the store pointing it at people. You don't have to do that!

For anyone, much less a cop, to pick it up, point it at their hand, and pull the trigger defies common sense. If I was the cop, I'd be embarassed/ashamed to sue over it. But if I was an innocent bystander that got damaged because of dumbassery, I'd sue somebody.
