Why would one site be more believable than another... The budget is the budget and even if your numbers differ from the numbers I posted, the budget for 2014 would need to be 5 or 6 T for the statement to be true... Do we have a 6 T budget?

I would like to see the numbers Mr Fisher posted but don't remember seeing them..... I think the budget is close to 3 T a year and has been for a few years...
