My cousins are construction workers, retired now,one was an ironworker who's work can still be seen from miles away. But when you get into production work, the work MUST be done. Loafers make it hard for other workers, many union officers would gladly be able to see these fired, but thats management, and in production, the loafers dont last long. I liked my last job, but I left a good job to get it. Went to the state employment service, to apply for a job, took two hours of testing, and was told my application would be sent to the employer,I was called took more tests and didn't get employed. But related jobs were opened to me. These positions had requirements that a lot of folks didn't have.
