GRL or wolf creek dam's

Is anything being caught below either dam right now, Wolf creek or green river. Wondering if anyone has laid a EYE on any?

I have no idea if there is anything biting at the tail-waters of Green but I doubt it is fish-able. The main gate is set on 2.2 with an outflow of 6985 cfs. From 2/25 until 2/26 the lake fell 1.59 feet. Current pool on 2/26 was 667.54 They will keep the outflow going strong until the lake falls to 664...I doubt seriously that a person could fish close to discharge area at the dam.
