New catfish regs for the Ohio river for 2015

•Catfish in the Ohio: Ohio River sport fishermen are limited to one blue and one flathead catfish 35 inches or longer and one channel catfish 28 inches or longer. There is no limit on blues, flatheads and channel cats smaller than those lengths.

Go to page 17. The way I read it is it includes the entire Ohio river and yes, also applies to commercial fishermen.

Wow they finally listened maybe. This will help the fishery very much in a few years, now if people will just obey the laws.
