Got to the lake at 7am threw everything we had at em with no luck. Got a jarring hit off a paca craw in some trash around the bank and my brother hooked a nice one on a jig that came off on the same bank. Lake is up slightly but not bad but it is very stained to the point where you can only see a few inches down. Water was 48 to 51 depending on what bank you were on. Tournament today took 14lbs to win. Guy had a 6 1/4, another 6 and a smaller fish. We tried for cats for an hour or better just to see and only caught 1 mud cat. Graphed tons of fish suspended around shad but water was too stained to try the jerkbait.
