Years ago when we traveled through Georgia we would always fill up because they were ALOT cheaper than Tenn or Florida. Times have changed and they are pretty close to the other states now. I guess the politicians in that state figured out they had a windfall of tax money waiting to be grabbed so they did.

Our recent trip to Florida wasn't that bad on fuel costs when compared to what it could have been if fuel was closer to $4 a gallon!!
