I was obviously happy with the game, although I do not mind Huggins. I kind of like him, although I think he needs to start looking after his health.

I was pretty sure beforehand that it would be a blowout. I think the Notre Dame game will be closer, but I still suspect they don't have the height or depth to hang with UK.

I actually like Huggins but his guys were ice cold. That and that whistle was ridiculous in that game on both sides. Everytime somebody took a deep breath they blew the whistle.

Notre Dame if they hit a high percentage from the field and Ky doesn't has a chance but a small one. UK is way to big this year for ANYBODY in college ball. I do not find them mind blowing good offensively although last night they could have hit shots blind folded. They overwhelm you with size and depth and in the end it takes its toll or sometimes half way through.

Notre Dame players play very smart and they can hit buckets including three's so we'll see but I can't see them winning. UK will go 40 and 0 and win number nine and Calipari is off to Cleveland write it down Cat fans....he's leaving. They will have to open up a suicide counseling office in Lexghanistan to stop all those wanting to end it all when the great one leaves...

Dude your right there! The entire city would burn couches and riot armed with "please don't go" t-shirts! Folks would go nuts!!

To me if Calipari does that again then he would be a total fool in my opinion. I can see the argument of him wanting to leave any program while on top of the world but that has proven to be a lost cause.

Does he need the money? No, I wouldn't think so.....To me coaches like Cal thrive on the attention and "status" of being big dog on campus. They don't get that in the NBA...unless your Phil Jackson or Pat Riley. I personally think a coach in the NBA is just a bad season away from being fired or if a star player doesn't like you your days are numbered. Calipari would be hot news at first but that would fade quickly. It's all about the super star multi-million dollar players in the NBA!

I really hope he stays long enough to add more Championships to his resume and I am Gator fan which means he has to beat the Gators again and again! I just like to see records set and perfection.

Ah, Huggins is an OK guy. He was probably a case of Coors Light in by game time last night. LOL

My truck is out in the driveway with UK flags on it, pointed North, getting ready to head to Cleveland in the morning...fired up...

Notre Dame's offense versus Kentucky's defense should be a good game. Ultimately, I think Kentucky's depth and size will be the neutralizer, as it has been so many times this season. BUT, the Irish have been battle tested in the ACC and can score in runs. Beating UNC and Duke to win the ACC Tourney was impressive. Bray can coach and some of his kids can shoot.

I think Kentucky holds them off, but Kentucky is beatable. Just because we're undefeated doesn't mean we're perfect. We've gotten lucky in a few games and the little leprechaun is known for stealing luck. You never know...

Cal to the NBA...ah, I dunno. Maybe so. Maybe not. We'll see soon enough.

They appear similar on paper, but UKs defense has an edge. They have 4 averaging double figures. I see a closer game than the 11 point spread is calling for, but I think they will pull it off. Their depth and bigs will be the difference.
