Indiana resident:
I just bought my 2015 licenses for Kentucky and Wisconsin. I'll get a Minnesota license later for a fall trip there.
Good old Lewis and Clark never had to stop to buy a fishing license every time they crossed State lines, although they weren't even States back then.
Some States have better fishing than others and I know the fish population problems vary from state to state but shouldn't there be some type of "Universal" license?
But the thought of the Federal Government managing said license is abhorrent to me.
Sipping on some Woodford here after buying licenses and just had a thought. Rant, inquiry over. Please carry on.
ouch, this is the first time in many years that I have only one permit. And I used to need trout stamps for Ill. ind, mich. and wisc. It sure was an expensive sport.
