Put him in a separate facility with a pressure cooker bomb under the floor. Just don't let him know when it's going to go off.
If the first bomb doesn't kill him, reload and try again. That's what those two scum bags did.

I don't see any reason for there to be one more death associated with this tragedy. Lock him away and throw away the key is good enough.

I wonder if the families of the 4 people that died and the 280 people that were wounded in the bombings and police shootout would agree?

Why should we have to pay for his room and board for the next 60-70 years? According to our laws he should be executed. I know it will be several more years before they would even get around to that, what with the appeals process and then spend years more on death row waiting for the sentence to be fulfilled.
Not that it matters, just hate the fact that even with OVERWHELMING evidence of guilt, it takes years and $$$$$$$$$$ to house people that should have been executed.

I'm just glad he didn't get a 10 year suspended sentence with three days probation and a $38 fine like most other violent offenders. Either way will cost Johnny taxpayer a nice sum in the end.

if the guy had been smart, before he did the crime, he would have became a politician, then anything he did, he would have been above the law, if charged at all, a small fine, slap on the wrist, and maybe a few months at a private luxury prison.

but he wasn't a politician, so my guess is, he will be reunited with his brother very soon.

    I hope they would.

Revenge killing shouldn't make anything better.

Due process with a fair trial and judgment by a jury of his peers who then hands down a lawful death sentence set forth and carried out according to the law is not a revenge killing, it is legal justice.

    What he wants

he wants to die! Why make him a martyr? Lets have a compromise, 25 years max security, then death by hanging. Why end his suffering early.25 years of the 700 club tv all day long, or a straight jacket and the play boy channel. Hot dogs and chitlins twice a day.
