I'm just glad he didn't get a 10 year suspended sentence with three days probation and a $38 fine like most other violent offenders. Either way will cost Johnny taxpayer a nice sum in the end.

if the guy had been smart, before he did the crime, he would have became a politician, then anything he did, he would have been above the law, if charged at all, a small fine, slap on the wrist, and maybe a few months at a private luxury prison.

but he wasn't a politician, so my guess is, he will be reunited with his brother very soon.
