I'll be north Barkley in 2 1/2 weeks. These pics drive me crazy! Lol. I too took Daves class and you hit the nail on the head with your statement. Fishing north Barkley every spring the last 15 years don't hurt either.

Don't worry about those pics. Those bass were plastic! No, I earned those fishing out of the back of the boat all weekend getting the third cast on each spot. It was a magical weekend where we followed Stewart's rules and fishing report the whole time and found fish, usually keepers (that we released, of course), on almost every spot.

Jeremy, I'll give you a shout next time I'm in the area. Good luck out on the water!

    Nice Meeting You

    Hey GeoFisher-

I was fishing on Barkley on Saturday evening in the white/blue Nitro. It was great getting to meet and talk with you. It is a pleasure to talk with fisherman who are willing to help one another out. We ended up fishing Kentucky lake on Sunday due to the fact that we had to pack up our camp site. Glad to hear that you got on them again on Sunday. We have actually talked in the years past on the phone but we have never been able to meet up. I am glad to finally be able to put a face to a screen name.

    Isn't that WILD.

I'm generally pretty approachable on the water. Especially if things go as they should .

I love sharing information, especially since so much has been shared here that has helped me over the years.......BUT, if you really want to learn something about how to fish these lakes, you need to take Dave Stewart's classes. He's the MAN, and knows more in his right pinky finger than I will ever know.

I've have used him a time or two and have taken his classes. Great, GREAT guy.

    Later,

    Geo
