we were out on the water sitting quietly from 230am until dawn catching bait. even though we heard quite a bit of shad activity on the banks we only heard 2 blowups the entire time. surface temps were 73 and the lake was like glass. very difficult time catching the "right" bait, full moon and its that time of year.
last night was the first night in a month and a half that the blowups werent non-stop. not sure how the guys that were casting did last night, but there were still a lot of them still casting at daylight lol.
