Grandson

it's like an early Christmas for me, I had all but given up on ever having a Grandson, and this July 13th is my Daughters due date, to give birth to my first Grandson, last week he weighed 6.3 lb I have been day dreaming so much of taking him camping, fishing, short hiking trips, just teaching him everything I can about nature, and shooting Bows, firearms, swimming, and boating. I am more than ready to be a Grandpa.

He's already a lucky kid to have a grandpa chomping at the bit to get him out in the great outdoors. All it takes is one person introducing a kid to the right stuff and the rest is usually history.

Congrats man, you are going to have a blast! My grandson is one of the best things to ever happen to me. If I'd have known grandkids were this much fun, I would have had them first! Lol

Good for you and I hope your daughter is doing well too. I learned a lot from my Grandfather. Grandfathers have a pronounced effect on kids' lives

Christmas came earlier than expected, my Grandsons dew date was 7/13/15 but he just couldn't wait to see his Grandpa and arrived 3 weeks early. everything went great, the little guy checked out ok, he seems to be really healthy, 3 weeks early, 21" tall, weighed 6.15 lb. holding this little guy, has made this old Heart smile. never believed in Love at first sight, until now. I sure do thank the Lord for him, and hope he lets me live long enough, to fill the bucket list, I have for my Grandson and myself.
