Wrong comparison. I was discussing intent / intentions. Regardless of the purity of one's intention, we're each responsible for our actions. I shoulda' left it alone. With all due respect I find the comparison of someone killing another person while recklessly driving illegally over the limit to a fish dying after a sportsman legally catches it but instead of keeping chooses to release with the hopes and intentions that it would live just ridiculous. Sounds like some PETA talk and reasoning right there.
