after 30 years using the same bathroom, I got to thinking about giving it a facelift, it isn't very big and in my mind I think like I did 30 years ago, so thinking it shouldn't take long to knock this little project out, but a small job can be a big job for an older guy, I've done it all by myself and only on weekends, I tore out the old shower, two walls and changed out two doors, replaced the flooring and ceiling, replaced the old fiberglass shower stall, with a concrete pan i mixed and poured and built the stall with cement board and tiled it, added a whirlpool air bath, I've about got it now, but still like a little. the bath I tore out was a perfectly good working bath, just wanted to change it. here are a few pictures from start to almost finish. the wood crown moldings in the pictures I made myself in my woodworking shop. not finished yet but my wife already loves it, so thats good for fishing.
