If you can fish it during the week and stay away from weekends during PEEK, I tend to like it too.........But it gets a bunch of pressure, and the fact that it is turning around means it will get more pressure.

I've too caught some serious bags out of there. Not as much this past spring, but yea, it is a GREAT lake. I've caught 5-s and 6's and heard of a couple 7's, but have not put any of those in the boat, and have not had any caught by any of my friends.

I definitely think the addition of walleye to the lake has really helped chomp on some of those gizzard shad that were monopolizing the lake.

Now if only Monroe can start turning around.
