So for my first post on the forums I'll start with a report instead of a request.
Fished from 7-3am last night on Green with a couple other guys. Used floating lights and the bait fish that were attracted ranged from minnows to some small shad. Thought that was good and it was going to be an epic night. Even though the lake was up 9ft.
We ended up catching 35+ crappie. Not a bad night. Only thing was, 1 measley keeper right at 9". Not going to complain about catching fish, but I was absolutely shocked at how little the fish were.
Has anyone else noticed an abundance of crappie at Green but the majority being dinks?
I should also mention that were hitting live minnows 5 to 1 to tubes. So for my first post on the forums I'll start with a report instead of a request.
