Got out early to beat the heat this morning and went looking for some white bass jumps. After cruising around i found a few fish busting and caught a nice largemouth on the first cast. Followed up by a few smaller spots. But no white bass. Eventually fish disappared and i moved on to another school. This next school was all white bass. 3 cast 3 fish. Then they vanished again. That was all the action i had the rest of the morning. Lake had good color and was at summer pool. No debris. All in all good day on the water. Did watch a few bass fisherman knocking the fire out of some along the banks with topwaters.
