I am gong to be fishing the Elkhorn Creek for smallmouth and I am wondering what are some good flies for them? I know wooly buggers and crawdad imitators work good but what are some others?

Poppers are a must! Fun to catch em on topwater and the popper will call them up to the surface. Another topwater fly I love is the dahlberg diver and also a slider such as the Sneaky Pete. Right now, grasshopper patterns are a good topwater fly to try also.
The Muddler Minnow and Clouser Minnow should also be in any fly box and I would throw in a Black and/or Brown Bunny Leech pattern also.
Thanks. I will give them a try

Tequeelie Streamers are a must try. You can order them from Orvis or from little river outfitters online. They truly are deadly in most creeks and on Elkhorn I wouldn't be caught without at least a few of them. Another that works well for me there are white wooly grubbers. I believe you can find them at sportsmans wharehouse in Lexington or at least you could last year.
Tequeely streamers can be found in the above link. Most times they are on backorder or had been recently.
Poppers, streamers, and wooly buggers are about all you should need.
