Hi! I used to have someone taking care of my website. Due to some personal issues, he resigned. My website has been outdated for almost 3 months now. I want to redesign my site. Do you know a good company who can do this for me? I really don't know who can help me. I started with this guy and he has been taking care of it for almost a decade now. Please help!

Maybe Peter knows someone who can help her? I'd bet that he has someone helping him with this web site and the software from time to time.
It might help to know where she is located. General Area. In order to see if there may be someone in her area that can help her with her web site.

Man, I really don't know. It all has gotten very complicated and is in a continual state of change. I'm not sure what kind of site it is.
It's kind of hard to find some body if you don't really know how things work is my experience. Imagine being your own general contractor on a house and knowing nothing about plumbing, framing, and even painting etc. How do you know if it is good work. The skill levels run the entire gamut.
The best thing I could recommend is view some sites that are similar in size to yours that you like. and see if you can talk to the person that is responsible for building it.
I think you are on the right track though...asking around anywhere you happen to be online and off.
