Need a little Dale Hallow help please.

The wife and I are headed to Dale next week for a little r&r. I have never fished there before and was hoping you guys could give me a few suggestions on what might work. I've heard the bite has been a little tough. If y'all could suggest a few lures that normally work this time of the year I'd greatly appreciate it.

Sorry. Mainly going to bass fish maybe a little crappie

crappie are starting to move back in the pockets chasing shad so a white curl tail grub for them. I would also have a surface plug tied on in case the ky. bass start jumps.
