I moved to Ky. in 2002/03 , and a few years later , I friended some guys who took me to #4. We were able to park at the Seafood restaurant, in Frankfort, and walk down a pig trail to the water. It was close to the dam, and the fishing was awesome! We caught lots of sauger, hybrids, white bass,lots of different fish. Fast forward to a few years ago,they blocked off our access o this area. So I haven't been since, I hope that this helps.
