when I look at the same picture as you Geo, I still see something different, no matter what age a person is when needing a job, 16 or 60, 15.00 per hor will help them a lot more than 6.00 will, just because a 19 year old flips burgers for 15.00 per hour don't mean they need to do it for life, with 15 bucks an hour they will have more money to spend looking for a better job, I don't know which would be worse, not finding a job or finding one and working for almost nothing " 6.00 " per hour, either way your pockets and stomach are empty.
