Boats leaking

noticed my 1989 tracker is taking more water than usual and I found the leak. Anybody know of an easy fix aside from getting the rivets redone?

Friend of mine had an old riveted hull Tracker ... and we patched several leaky rivet holes with Selley's Knead-it and JB Weld. They worked fine for several years, until he had the holes welded.
