The apps are nothing fancy and anybody can download them. Seems like what's app was one of them and there are a few others. One of them could send a text to 200 people at one time. Pretty darn effective way to communicate.

Exactly... Just as we did the night desert storm kicked off. You weaken the enemies ability to sustain himself and remove his ability to control his forces.
