We hear about how France, or Russia, or the US, or whomever decide to bomb "known ISIS strongholds" or "recruiting centers" or "operations headquarters" etc etc.
Maybe this is dumb, but if it's a "known ISIS stronghold"...why in the hell is it still standing in the first place?
That's always the first thing that comes to my mind.
makes sense to me...We hear about how France, or Russia, or the US, or whomever decide to bomb "known ISIS strongholds" or "recruiting centers" or "operations headquarters" etc etc.

I have read a few articles where they say Isis is communicating through encrypted smart phone apps. They even have a 24-7 Call Center maned by six people and other people around the world. They provide technical support on the app and also use it for planning. Our tech companies say they cannot provide the government a back door because then the back door would be vulnerable to anybody. They say it's impossible but I'll bet they get something figured out or they will soon.
The apps are nothing fancy and anybody can download them. Seems like what's app was one of them and there are a few others. One of them could send a text to 200 people at one time. Pretty darn effective way to communicate.
There was a retired Army lady on one of the talk shows and she said the first thing of an enemy that you attacked his their communication and supply lines.
We are trying to spare civilians BULLS--T! How many soldiers were killed in Paris? or the towers? or the passeger planes they have brought down. A snake is a snake, little ones grow, women have kids, some are snakes.Maybe some folks have to see pictures of hiroshama,or nagasaki, and compare them to bierut or detroit. They show no mercy to non muslims. And they kill each other, yes we do the same thing. Islam is cancer.
Obama's rules of engagement..........NO OTHER REASON.We hear about how France, or Russia, or the US, or whomever decide to bomb "known ISIS strongholds" or "recruiting centers" or "operations headquarters" etc etc.

Actually, Russia and France are not playing games. That is why we're sharing intel with them. They don't have the same "rules" that we do, and they are killing EVERYTHING.
You don't hear ******** about collateral damage from Russia or France right now, do you??

Exactly... Just as we did the night desert storm kicked off. You weaken the enemies ability to sustain himself and remove his ability to control his forces.I have read a few articles where they say Isis is communicating through encrypted smart phone apps. Obama rule of engagement----don't engage even if they cross the line you drew in the sand.Obama's rules of engagement..........NO OTHER REASON.

I had a fishing buddy who was a negotiator in oil exploration for Marathon Oil Co. He worked a lot in Mid East and Russia he told me two things that have proven true when we started Gulf War under George H he said it is a good start but won't go far enough. He said the only thing we can do over there is turn the sand to glass and the sooner the better and you can only deal with Russia if you are strong they will respect you after you prove your strong and only then. He was working on a refinery project on Sakhalin Island he was working on this project while Russia was a communist country and when it changed he hired the head of the KGB for $10,000 per year. We had some interesting stories in the cabin.

Well,I can tell you guys what my nephew who served 2 tours in Iraq and 3 tours in Afghanistan told me,he made the highest Non-com position he could get in the 101st Airborne,Staff Sargent I believe and then was in the CIA in South Korea to finish his 20 years out.
I forgot the province and area in Afghanistan they were in,but the base was under constant attack by Taliban, anytime they went out in convoys they were not allowed to engage these muslim pos just for being shot at unless they used heavy guns or bombs. It was like they were shot at all the time and Obama had their hands tied from fighting back.
Most everyone here knows I've been spewing my hate for Obama and the Traitor Liberals since 2008,but finally people are seeing what that Traitor is/has done to this country, and if we let these so called refugees in our country,we will see war and bloodshed among our children and on our streets. These Islamists only know one thing,to further there cause and they are taught to Lie,Cheat,Steal,Rape,Murder, and do anything against non-believers/infidels.
They DONOT come here to be Free Americans, they come here to take over and change our country.
The only way these people will stop and there are no good ones, they are ll included ,is to kill so many of them back into their caves until it takes another 100 years for their conquest again.
Obama already moved Somalian Muslims into Kentucky secretly when that country banned Islam,I know because there are dozens of them in Butler and Falmouth here in Pendleton County, imagine that a 99.9% White Farming County with these radical Muslims in our small towns of under 2500 people. They are already causing trouble, crying didcrimination against anyone who speaks out against them, causing good Americans to lose the precious few jobs here, complaining about people cooking pork,Christian Holidays, and any other reason they can sue or attack us over,My guns are all ready and ammo stored, just a matter of time.
That is the problem. They are holding regular Syrians as hostages hiding behind women's dresses etc. If we were to bomb the town to the ground like some want then we would be killing a lot of innocent people who have nothing to do with ISIS and are at the mercy of ISIS right now. Those are the millions of regular Syrians who have been under the dictatorship of President Asad and are not being controlled by ISIS militants.
What's needed to take them out if boots on the ground and some kick ass US Military guys to go house to house and wipe them out. That's going to cost millions of dollars to do and many American lives will be lost not to mention the wounded warriors who will be coming back home with a few less legs and arms or serious brain injuries from IED. And IED is as effective or more effective as an unguided bomb with no laser to guide it onto a good target. The IED doesn't go off until there is a target to destroy and it ends up killing a lot of our guys while they are trying to hold onto territory that we captured. Iraq is a good example. When we went after Saddam the Iraqi soldiers took off their uniforms and went underground. The Sunni's were the ones that supported Saddam. Now they are fighting the Iraqi Government which is mostly Shea Muslims supported by IRAN. You remember Iran .. the guys that took over the US Embassy and held our diplomats hostage for over a year. After WWII the winners of the war screwed up and didn't divide the middle eastern terrorities along political religious lines but instead used artificial lines in the sand that no one living them went by. So Iraq had the Kurds, Sunni and Shea Muslims to contend with and the civil war broke out after we pulled out. And even while we kept our troops in Iraq there were many soldiers being killed by IED's all the time. Just as Germany could not contain the allied resistance fighters we can't control the differnet factions in Iraq even with 100,000 US troops. This is why many of the Western Cities in Iraq fell to ISIS so quickly. Sunni welcomed the other Sunni's ISIS back home and so it goes.
I agree that we must do something to stop these bombings in Paris and other places but what do we do is the big question. And wiping entire towns out with air strikes has not done the job. And I doubt it's going to work. You need a combination of air power and ground forces to do this job. And even then they may all go back into hiding and then wait until we leave again before this all starts up again.
Genocide would be the only real solution but the world will not stand for that. For then we would be just like Hitler was and who wants to do that? Certainly not me.
Something needs to be done. Instead of trying to kill all these ISIS guys would it not be better to give them some land of their own where they can live how they want to and leave us alone? War has proven to only provoke them more and it's costing us our freedoms that we used to enjoy. We use to be able to get on an airplane or train and not have to worry about the plane or train being blown up by some suicide bombers. What is that worth to you? Being able to ride on an airplane or train again without fear of dying by suicide bombers?
I certainly don't have the answer and so far what we have been doing it not really workout too good. We can't kill them all and the more we kill the more they recruit to take their place. There are billions of them and that's the problem. That is why this fight over religion and territory has been going on for THOUSANDS of years now. The Crusades were a big part of this in the 1300's.
when I read some post on here, I wonder about some of you guys, saying kill them all, turn the sand to glass, bomb them back to the stone age, I just don't think like that, I've heard guys that spent time in Iraq say, the Muslim people treated him nice, let him in their home and feed him, he said most were people just trying to make it through life caring for their familys, if isis was all in a big group, I would be all for blasting their murdering hides to wherever they would end up, but they are a small precentage of a large population, so they mix with the population making it easier for them to survive, as evil as they are, they know anyone with a heart, isn't going to bomb a large population of innocent people, if you lived in a subdivision of 400 houses and it was known that one house was dealing in drugs and bad for the community, do you think they should just drop a bomb and kill everyone in the subdivision to get the drug dealers. thats about what it sounds like reading some post on dealing with isis, when the people in the middle east, see that the best way to stop isis is for them to do it, and keep all foreign troops out of their country, then the end result will be better. and if isis slips in this country and targets and kills a few people, or a few hundred people, it would be bad, so would sending troops there going door to door, there could be a few hundred or thousands of American troops killed, and for what, just to show the world America has a strong arm, if the rich Kings of Saudi Arabia don't want isis to be sitting in their king seat, then let them spend the billions the have from robbing the world with their high oil prices, and use their jets and troops to deal with isis. here are some serious death numbers that we don't think twice about, in the USA there were 32,000 people killed in car crashes in 2013, and 36,00 in the usa alone die from the flu each year.
