Just thought everyone should know when a good company does right by a customer.
I ordered some boat seats from BassBoatSeats on line in the summer of 2013. This past fall I noticed the seam was separating on one of the seats and ripped the vinyl away from the thread. I called them and sent them photos and an email yesterday. Today I received a tracking number for a new set of seats being mailed to me.
1 call 1 email 1 day turnaround for replacement seats. Best service I have seen in a long time!!!
