Which lake Green Nolin or Rough

I'm planning on heading to one of the lakes on Friday. Just wondering on lake conditions. Are they still up and muddy? Are they still turning over yet? Thanks for the help.

I can only tell you what I know about Green .... they've yanked it back down to 6 inches above Winter Pool, as of yesterday, and I hear tell that it's kinda muddy up around the Holmes Bend area.

COE lake report says Nolin is 2.7ft above Winter Pool & Rough is 17.5ft above Winter Pool (as you can see from this website : http://155.80.93.250/wc/reports/lkreport.html )
