I think Louisville is the better team so far this year, although it's hard to tell with their schedule.
I think they would win easy if it was at YUM, but I call it a toss up at Rupp.

I like uk by 12. Onuaku will have 2 fouls before he gets off the bus. With no strong inside for my Cards they can't win.
UK 75
UL 73
Didn't miss it by much.
If the threes hadn't been falling for UK, we would have lost by a dozen. We just don't have an inside game to speak of.
I think Mathieng would have been a difference maker in this one. Louisville is a pretty good team.
The better team lost.
UK shot out of their minds from 3 and frankly got helped by the refs.
UK might make the sweet 16 this year.
Louisville had 22 fouls, Kentucky had 20...both coaches had a technical. I didn't really think it was called lopsided.
The three-ball was just the difference.
The Sweet Sixteen might be wishful thinking this year!
Several non calls that should have been called on UK would have made the foul total look different.
Mhall was right. Uk shot out of their minds. Hawkins with 13 points? Never saw that coming. Game came down to uk hitting a season high mark for 3's. If it wasnt for that uofl would have won.
Entertaining game for sure though. I watched the "gesture" pitino made and i saw nothing. Just media grasping at straws for another story i suppose. Id say the fans at rupp probably said something ignorant to get a reaction from him.
On a side note i saw damion lee and poythress get tangled up and hug it out. Great sporstmanship from the both of them. speaking of lee.... Man that guy can flat out ball. Its a shame uofl only has him for a season.
In my opinion UK did what they needed to do and compensated for their injured starter better than Louisville did. To me that made the difference in the game. With Briscoe, UK's second leading scorer, in the game it would not have been that close and kudos to Hawkins for stepping up to the plate when it counted. With Louisville's Mangok Mathiang in the game as well I say flip a coin for the winner.
I was at work and texted my friend "who won uk or UofL?" He sent back UofL I thought hmm good for them and then didn't think anything about it. Caught the highlights and saw UK won I was like WTF? Not sure what that was all about neither of us have rooting interest.
