    Rain

We are currently sitting at the ninth all time wettest year in Louisville history. There is a distinct possibility that we will end up at the third or the second wettest all time ever. The WPC is predicting as much as 5 to 7 inches of rain for parts of Indiana and 3 to 5 inches for a good portion of Kentucky over the next 7 days.

Get ready folks if you live near small streams or rivers this may become a real issue so stay abreast of the incoming weather through Monday of next week. To add insult to injury Wednesday afternoon especially Wed night we may even see some severe weather with damaging winds and short lived spin up tornado's. Cape values and wind fields are predicted to be pretty high while they wouldn't be in Summer they are for December so the ingredients are there.

Welcome to El Nino, believe it or not we are suppose to be drier than normal here right now, warmer and drier. They had the warmer part right and a few record highs will fall this week ahead and very very wet.

    Pretty nutty weather for December...

Mother Nature is more confused than Steve Harvey trying to crown Miss Universe.

You know, all these warm temps right now...she has a tendency I've noticed of restoring the balance before its all over with. Warm and dry now could mean some big cold and snow before Winter's end to equal it all back out. In the meantime...we fish!

If only there was some adequate water in some of the micro flows I frequent. I'd be more apt to take advantage of this warm weather!
